1- You know what the terms mean, right? Chemical change is when a substance is totally changed... for instance, iron plus oxygen makes rust. You can't ever get rust to turn back into good metal. Ice plus heat makes water... but ice was really water anyway, just a different phase. A chemical reaction involves elemental change, which changes the formulas of the components involved.
