Any Idea What This Coin Is Worth or what it is?

This is a coin I found recently, one side has a tiger or lion that says 999 below it, on top says one troy ounce, on the other side it says fine and then on the otherside silver, then on the backside it has a panda eating bamboo. It doesnt say anything else on it.
