Please help i am confused....?

Ill keep it short. I am originally from Turkey and this girl is from Colombia. Basically, i met this girl 4 years back in a cl while i was in collage. She was always using religion as an excuse when she knew that i had feelings for her. We never started a relationship but became friends that time and were still friends until last week. She has dated other guys within that time and i was till friends with her. I never cut my contacts with her knowing that she was seeing other guys. I had not seen her in close to 10 months but we were keeping in touch through msn and sometimes phone conversations. So i was talking to her (colombian girl) about this Turkish girl that i liked trying to get some pointers on how i should invite her to a wedding. After a few days i was talking to her again telling he that it was not going to workout with the turkish girl, while we were talking i asked the colombian girl "would you like to come to the wedding with me?" as a joke and she said "sure". So we went to the wedding it was a family wedding. That night she and i had a great time, we danced the whole night, had a few drinks, i introduced her to my family and friends. So after the night had ended i drove her home but on the way home she grabbed my arm and leaned her head on it. Then when i parked the car infront of her house, i said thank you for coming to the wedding with me good night. She did not get out of the car she said arent you going to say anthing to me? Then i said what would you like a kiss or something then she said you can at least kiss me on the cheek, so i did and we ended up kissing on the lips. What confuses me is that i was talking to her right now and she said that i could of never thought of kissing you or even hugging you. I had not seen her for 10 montsh before we went to the wedding on Sunday. She said that something sparked and hit home. I am not an ugly guy i am 6'1 and i am in a good shape, i dress well have a house and a car. But ive always been shy with her. I asked her why she could not imagine kissing me or hugging me and she was like what are you trying to boost your ego?. I was with her last night and we went to see a movie, the teather was quite so she lay down on a couple of seats and put her shoulder on my lap and watched the movie, she grabbed my hands and put them close to her and abdoman, we also made out while she was laying on my lap. so after the movie it was like 10 pm she was like lets go to the water front that by a river, we sat at a bench again she was laying down on my lap we stayed there and made out until 12:30 am. I was online with her before i started writing this and we were talking about religion and how it could work out if we have kids in the future? When i asked her why she changed her thoughts about me she said "I saw a different you, you were really outgoing". Please help any kind of info would be usefull. My question is how could she have changed in one night?
