What is a good birthday gift for an old coach and family friend?

I have already graduated high school and my old istant basketball coach has stayed very close to me. She is younger, will be 28 and is about 8 years older than me. We had a trusting relationship in high school and after I graduated she has remained a very great friend to me. I want to do something special for her for her birthday that shows how much she means to me and how she is a role model to me. We consider ourselves sisters and she deserves to know how awesome she is! I have a couple of pictures of her coaching me and us at the banquet and stuff. Any ideas of what i can do with them or add on to make a personal yet thoughtful birthday gift?! thanks so much!
