Any chance of Austria joining Germany as a German State?

It would only make since. You guys are ethnic Germans. And it would benifit you both economicaly. It is my belief that Germany was only ever truley unified once, and that was the holy Roman empire. And the capitol was viena. If the new capitoal of Germany was to be in viena, would that make you guys want to do it?
