Pre - soak fish food or just sprinkle it?

Well, I would switch to sinking pellets, but if you can not, then pre-soak it and do water changes more often, weather you pre-soak or not. Your tank is overstocked and i hope you know you WILL have to upgrade in the near future, goldfies grow fast. For now, do water changes once a week, not once every 2 weeks.
