Where can I buy fleece liner for cage?

So i'm getting rats , and im getting the cage from this website: http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3402796#RatingsDetail and i saw in the reviews some people posted pictures and they had fleece liner. is it a good idea?
