Can this ticket be thrown out?

Hey I recently recieved 2 traffic tickets and a warning last night at a road block. I got a ticket for not having my license on me, and for not having my seat belt on. The warning was for not being able to find my insurance card. The state trooper got several things wrong on these tickets aka me listed as owner of the truck, it saying i had my license in possesion also no signature was taken from me. Any help will be apppreciated. btw tickets were in covington county alabama
