Conserving or Saving Weed or Salvia smoke by blowing it in a bottle work?

Hi, I am very curious if blowing smoke from good, expensive Weed or Salvia into a bottle for a recycled 2nd hit and immeditatly sealing it works, or any method similar to that. I would imagine it would be extremely smart to use the method to conserve very good stuff. Thanks
