Dear Parents, Is it not true ? What are your views on this ?

My daughters were enrolled in karate school for seven years each, and both are black belts. They were taught NEVER to use their skills for anything except self-defense. The six principles of Shorin-Ryu karate are modesty, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. No karate student from a good school would ever use his skills in an aggressive manner.
