Help me please, im so fed up with myself?

im so fed up with being so ugly and fat. im 14 year old. 5 fot 8 an i wieigh 9 stone 6. im so fat and i dont no what to do. my mam and dad wont let me go on a diet . please help me. i hae nver had a boyfrend. everyone ion my cl brag abut having a boyfrend and i have to lie and say i have had 1 just because i wil get picked on. i was bullied for 2 years. im sick ov it. please help me
