How do you submit PSAT scores?

I've checked all over collegeboard.com and they don't really tell you how to submit PSAT scores to a school. I know it's possible because the program I'm applying to allows you to submit PSAT scores, but I don't know how to send them throw collegeboard. Help would be greatly appreciated!
