I am in a really weird situation.?

I am in a really weird situation. My mother is attempting to sue me because of things that had happened back in 2006-2007 when i was about 17 years old. Right now MN is charging her with domestic ault on me (which is the first time reported but not the first time she has gotten drunk and beat me). She is making up allegations about me stealing money from her while i lived with her for about 2 months before leaving after the domestic ault charge happened. She wont let me get some of my things back from her house until i pay her $2000 for everything that she claims i owe her. What should i do?
