Losing my voice- dry- mucusy throat help, what do you recommend?

Ive taken Tylenol for sore throat, that did nothing. i took theraflu for congested and cold ,but that did nothing. I already went to the dr and she prescribed amoxicillian and i took it for 2 days and nothing happened . My throat has gotten worse. it all started with my throat hurting , then that went away and the cold came along -headache, earache,sneezing , runny nose congested. my nose is still congested and my throat has gotten worse. my dr thought i had a sinus infection, but i conquer.
