POLL: A friend sent me this story and swears its true what do you think?

Stranger things have happened. I read a story on some site about a kid who lived in a house along a hilled road. One day he was outside playing and some guy's parked truck came loose. This truck came coasting down the hill (For some reason not veering off) and would have hit the kid had not the car in his driveway suddenly shot out into the road and blocked the truck. A neighbor saw this happen and called paramedics believing someone, possibly the kid's mom, was in the car. The mom was actually asleep inside the house, but this neighbor swore that the car's lights had come on before it left the drive. Maybe the "man" your friend saw was another such intervening figure. warning against some waiting danger.
