Two articles in the Atlanta Constitution-is this representative?

Good information and no I'm not surprised at all. I believe many of these 'non-profits' are profitable..nationwide...they make money off the PAPs and also receive many federal grants and subsidies. They are in the business of "babies and children"...far too many of these 'agencies' USE children to gain a nice paycheck. So much for the myth that these agencies 'have to pay bills'....the biggest Bills being paid to the people who own and direct these agencies. If the American govt will not get rid of adoption agencies...then they should at least (the agencies) be tightly regulated..especially the privatization of foster care...where adoption agencies also have lucrative contracts with their state for foster care services.
