Why is he being a prat ?

hello is there any guys can help me out hear please? i got talking to a guy on a dating site about 3 months ago. we got on ok but never met .then we had a fall out online..i didnt bother with him anymore but then i joined face book to find he had joined aswell..we still did not comunicate with eachother .a few weeks later i went out with my friend and bumpt in to him .he then told me he knew were to find me as he had read my wall on face book...we chated and made frinds then we met up the nxt week...he talked about starting a relationship but i just agreed as i didnt want to come over all posesive or needy...we both got on well and laughed at the fact we had fell ut online..we both had a lot in comen as we both been hurt with past partners...he started ringing me and i texed him ...then he stoped so i text him and told him we leave it there if he wanted but he rang me and sead no .sead he wanted to keep in touch but never mentioned about a relationship or meeting up ..iv since found out he spys constantly on my profile and msn and sends stupid jokes over the internet but still wont answer my txs or tx me ...he is friends with another girl who he sead she is canny but not relationship material for him...but when i read his wall she keeps leaving him mesages like..hello babe why u not answering me ...then i find he delets her mesages of the wall minuts later .but yet he goes to viset her ...he has even been ringing my house no then puting down the phone? whats going on hear does he like me or her or is he scared or is he just a prat ..iv been totaly onest with him all away down the line ....iv since hiden my profile from him. but i can see his and unlike be4 he doset seem to have any time 4 this other girl now..so w he trying to make me run after him or doeshe likethis girl or is e just a messa ...he also rang me invited me to viset him then rang the nxt day to say he w having tea out with his family and wouldnt be bak in time .but no mention of making it another day..what did i do? andno i havent and dont intend to sleep with him and iv told him that at the begining .
