for the last month and a bit i have been going to the gym at least 4 times a week. sometimes 6 times and i have been doing cardio and weights fot about 2 hours each night. ,i have been eating fruit and yoghurt every day and lots of fruit thruout the day every day . i have been realy good this time with my diet and excercie. i am 168 cm high and weigh 62 kgs. i have only lost about 2 and i do not understand why this is such not more! any one give me tips please!!
