Has anyone heard/tried/know anything about the CARB LOVERS DIET and RESISTANT STARCHES!?!?

Fad diets don't work...ever. Only balanced diets with fruits, veggies, protein, and whole grains will help you lose weight and feel good doing it. Look online for the glycemic index food lists, and choose the foods with the low numbers. The two main rules in my food plan (and I've lost 50 pounds) is NO FAST FOOD, AND NOTHING IN A BOX. That takes most of the junk out of your diet. TC
