Blackberry/blackjack/treo?

i'm getting any one of those 3. I'm not sure which model would be the best. the features i am most concerned with are AIM, web browser, and texting. i'm not so much concerned about the price, but i'm not looking for an expensive one. i just got a new phone back in march, but someone cracked the screen, so it would be pretty much full price i believe. anyone, give me your opinions on the blackberry/blackjack/treo... any version of any of them. my cell phone plan is with at&t/cingular THANKYOU<3
