How, do I deal with my bipolar!? I'm really struggling!...... nd NEED HELP!?

I, can't take it anymore my stupit bipolar disorder keeps bringing me down! >_< nd it's little by little destroying my life. nd destroying my relationships wit my friend's, family, nd my boyfriend! ;( I have no one to talk to nd feel veary alone! ppl almost everyone that i know think i'm crazy. nd treat's me like crap bec of it! I, just wish i could make it go away! ;( nd my medication that i'm on lithium! isn't working 4 me veary well! nd it's funny bec a lot of ppl wit bipolar who take it like it nd feel it helps alot. but it dousen't help me! >_< I'm 15 nd turning 16 this oct. so, my question is how do I deal wit it!.... what, might help so i can cope with it better!?...... Please help me thank you!
