How to disable a 1996 plymouth voyager anti theft system?

replaced everything you could think of...the coil, the cam and crank sensors, new plugs, computer brain!!!....even put the old one back on...an is STILL WON'T START!! ...two heads here think it is the blooyd anti theft...I am ready to shoot it and ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help please!! thanks ...JO
